The pseudonym JF Smith is used by Alma Design to sign certain projects born in the workshop, weeks organized by the company to discuss themes tied to contract furniture and design through a multi-disciplinary approach, thanks to the contribution of professionals, salesmen and buyers, users, designers and students.

Observation, concept and feedback exchange have laid the grounds to consider new scenarios which, in certain cases, as with Marlene and Bistrò, have led to product design.
